El-Rufai’s Daughter, Yasmin, Passes On In London

Yasmin El-Rufai, the eldest daughter of former minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has passed away.

The 25yr old was found dead in her residence in London yesterday Sunday Nov 26th.

The cause of her death is still unknown but there is no suspicion of foul play. Some say she died in her sleep, others say the death was as a result of domestic accident.

Yasmine held a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Bath, UK and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics (LSE). She also had a law degree from the University of London.

Rest in Peace Yasmin. Too young to go and what a waste of talent. Got all the best education in the world and died so young before the world could even tap into this huge young resource. Special condolence to El-Rufai and the entire family. RIP Yasmin

My God, what is happening. Could it be that unscrupulous elements have fashioned out a new way of murder. How come these days people die in their homes either sleeping or hanging? though abroad not in Africa. Which ever way may her gentle soul rest in peace, my condolences to the family.

Oh dear, what a pity too young to die, with all that you have gathered. My condolence to the family of El_Rufai. But do the northen keep deceiving the less priveliged ones that western eduction is not good while they go get every bit of it for themselfes and family na wa.

This sounds too expensive to be a joke! Oh my God!!!.. I sincerely empathize with the complete model of integrity and transparency, in person of Mr El Rufai!!!... May the good Lord grant you the fortitude to bear the loss. May her gentle spirit rest in peace. Heaven is real, making it is all that matters. May we make heaven in Jesus name!
