Ghana issues 11 oil exploration licences

Ghana, which will pump its first oil for export next year, has issued 11 exploration licenses and the prospects of more finds are “extremely high,” the state-owned Ghana National Petroleum Corp. said.

SAKAWA is Ghanaian 4.1.9 taking over ghana. Policeman in $8,000 cyber crime arrested

A policeman in uniform and wielding an AK47 rifle was caught in the web of ’sakawa’ last Wednesday, when he and two civilians were arrested for allegedly defrauding a Namibian of $7,900.
