I would like to begin this discussion on the affects of alcohol and drugs as to how it effect us and our safe sex practices.the first question is how can we use good judgment when we drunk or high on drugs.Next question is personal..can you make a clear decision when you are drinking or high?How strong is your will to resist the temptations when you are impaired.Or you a good judge or creature when drinking or involved in drugs.what is the best way to respond in theses situations?
