There are some undeveloped area of the sea side i.e. the beach, from Okun Ajah, Idado, Debojo, down to Eleko Beach and beyond, you need to be there to see for yourself, the road construction from Victoria Island to Epe T-junction, various Real Estate projects going on,  Lakowe Gulf Course and  The Free Trade Zone  are positive advantage why an investor need  to invest in this rear opportunity.

Virgin land also available in hectares and acres begging for cultivation and construction.

I know you will be anxious to know the price range and the title involved. For the titles (i.e. official document covering the land), most part of Ibeju – Lekki  is out of government accusation, but there are still some land with “government   gazette”  , “Certificate of Occupancy ” and Governor ‘s Consent.
