Lindsay Lohan Sent to Jail Without Bail!

In an unexpected turn of events, Judge Elden Fox remanded Lindsay to custody without bail. The actress could be in a cell until the next hearing on October 22..
LiLo appeared in court after failing two drug tests last week, one showed the presence of cocaine and another revealed amphetamines.
She tweeted last Friday that she did "regrettably" fail the tests and was ready to suffer the consequences, writing, "I am prepared to appear before Judge Fox next week as a result. Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps."
This will be Lindsay's third time in jail, the first was on a DUI case filed in 2007. After violating her 2007 probation, Judge Marsha Revel sentenced her to 90 days on August 11, followed by 90 days of rehab for probation violations. She served less than two weeks in jail and only 22 days in rehab, failing the drug tests a short time later.
