Wire straightening and cutting machine: Make ferrous and non-ferrous circled wire into straight one, and into expected length.

Wire Pointing Machine: Make ferrous and non-ferrous metals pointed.

Square Steel Wortle: This machine is to make round steel into square and flat one.

This one works with NO1 (Horizontal wire drawing machine)

Or NO2 (Vertical wire drawing machine)

Or NO4 (Steel bar cold drawing machine)

Steel Rolling Machine: This machine is to make round steel into flat one.

2) Wire straightening and cutting machine. With this one, we can straighten the wire and cut to expected length.

1- Firstly, We will need to purchase steel wire rod from the iron steel plant.

2- Secondly, we will need use Wire Descaling Machine to clean the surface of the wire if it is oxidized. Traditionally, people take the method of acid pickling to clean the wire, which does harm to the environment and the worker’s health. 3- Thirdly, we will need to use the Wire Drawing Machine to get the wire to the

expected diameter, according to different requirement for the nuts, screws we

want to produce. Normally, we choose simple ways to draw the wire rod. So we

recommend the Horizontal type wire drawing machine & Vertical type wire

drawing machine. The horizontal type is only for drawing wire, while the vertical

type can do wire drawing and wire coiling at the same time.

4- Fourthly, We will need to use Cold Heading Machine to cut and form the

shape. There are several models to choose from according to our requirements.

5- Fifthly, We will need to use Thread Rolling Machine to get the thread on the

requirements.
